Miso
In Japan, each family has their own taste and use variety type of miso for different way of cooking. Please try some of us. We also can recommend one for you.
Japanese Rice White/Brown
We have a few brands of Japanese (short grain) rice at store. Any of them is good for sushi. And our brown rice has soft texture and mild flavour that you can enjoy simply by itself.
Sweet rice is also called sticky rice which is used for Japanese sweets, Mochi and some other sticky rice dishes.
Soup Stocks
We have some different type of Japanese soup stocks. Powder and liquid, made from bonito, sardine, Kombu(seaweed) or shiitake mushroom. Please ask our staff for more advice for your cooking.

Seasonings, spices and dressings
On our shelf, we have some variety of spicy items from Wasabi to garlic chili. Please ask our staff for any assistance to choose one for your cooking. We also have some tasty and healthy dressing selections.
Noodles
We have variety of noodles: Udon, Soba(buckwheat), soumen, glass noodles, Egg noodles and Ramen noodles. They are dried, frozen or cooked and chilled.
Dried Foods
In Japanese kitchen , we frequently use dried foods, like seaweed, beans, vegetables, seeds, seafood, spices and even tofu. In our store, we have some brands of sushi seaweed, and also Japanese seaweed snack which is seasoned, but not oiled.
Frozen Foods
In our freezer, you can find many of “ready to cook” or “ready to eat” items. Popular items are Udon noodle, Gyoza, Edamame, fish cake, Oden(hot pot!) package, Nattou and of course, Japanese Mochi ice cream!
Instant Foods
